The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and analysing tenders, creating a tender analytics approach, and presenting key findings that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should excel in data collection, statistical analysis, and translating insights into business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify upcoming tenders, read RFPs, and create synopses or checklists.
Manage all tender-related activities, both pre-and post-submission, and maintain an updated tender archive.
Escalate tender documents to the concerned category manager, track progress, and submit periodic reports to management.
Develop and maintain tender databases, collecting data from multiple sources.
Gain a broad understanding of various procurement platforms, such as GeM, CPPP, PSUs, and State/UT portals.
Proactively analyse tenders with a focus on improving business performance.
Handle multiple bids and deadlines concurrently, ensuring timely submission.
