Job Role:
The Tender Executive in the BD Department will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tender process, ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and comply with the client's requirements. The role requires the candidate to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
? Tender Preparation : Research and identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs in the skill development, training, and livelihood sectors.
? Documentation : Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including technical and financial proposals, as per tender requirements.
? Bid Submission : Ensure timely submission of tender documents through online or offline portals, adhering to deadlines.
? Compliance Check : Review tender requirements, ensuring compliance with company capabilities, legal obligations, and financial constraints.
? Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with the finance, legal, and operations teams to gather accurate data for tenders.
? Market Research : Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for new tenders in relevant sectors.
? Follow-up : Track the status of submitted bids and follow up with clients regarding tender outcomes.
? Database Management : Maintain and update records of all tenders, proposals, and submissions.
Skills & Qualifications:
? Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
? Experience : 1-3 years of experience in handling tenders, bids, or procurement processes.
? Skills :
? Strong written and verbal communication.
? Attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Knowledge of tender portals and e-procurement systems.
? Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
? Desirable : Experience in the skill development or livelihood sector would be an advantage.
Compensation: As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
