Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GeM Portal Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in handling the Government E-Marketplace (GeM) and be proficient in driving sales and identifying business opportunities through government bids and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively look for suitable business opportunities in the form of government bids and tenders.
• Prepare and submit all tender documents in the specified formats within the stipulated time limits on the bidding portals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of government tender filing (online and offline) and ensure timely submission.
• Regularly update and manage the product catalog on the GeM portal.
• Demonstrate expertise in the submission of various types of bids, including bunch bids, reverse bids, custom bids, and normal bids.
• Coordinate with relevant officials to document and monitor the progress of tenders.
• Act as the primary contact point for all government agencies and organizational personnel.
• Resolve GeM-related queries for clients efficiently and provide effective solutions.
• Handle daily reporting and documentation tasks with accuracy.
• Work with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, and Google Docs for tender specifications.
• Utilize Busy-Win accounting software to generate bills and manage invoices for the GeM portal.
• Ensure strict compliance with tender requirements, including document formatting, submission deadlines, and attachment protocols.
• Collaborate with external partners, subcontractors, or vendors to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of tender documents, templates, and reference materials for future use.
• Stay up-to-date with GeM portal guidelines, changes, and best practices, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in handling Government E-Marketplace (GeM) bids and tenders.
• Strong understanding of government tender filing processes and product cataloging on the GeM portal.
• Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
• Hands-on experience with Busy-Win accounting software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client queries related to the GeM portal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on the GeM portal and handling government tenders.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
