Position Summary:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and analysing tenders, creating a tender analytics approach, and presenting key findings that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should excel in data collection, statistical analysis, and translating insights into business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify upcoming tenders, read RFPs, and create synopses or checklists.
• Manage all tender-related activities, both pre-and post-submission, and maintain an updated tender archive.
• Escalate tender documents to the concerned category manager, track progress, and submit periodic reports to management.
• Develop and maintain tender databases, collecting data from multiple sources.
• Gain a broad understanding of various procurement platforms, such as GeM, CPPP, PSUs, and State/UT portals.
• Proactively analyse tenders with a focus on improving business performance.
• Handle multiple bids and deadlines concurrently, ensuring timely submission.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
