  • Tender Preparation and Submission:

  • Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with client requirements.
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
  • Develop project budgets and ensure they align with company financial goals.
  • Analyze cost implications and identify potential risks.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and terms.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure they meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Maintain a database of reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Risk Assessment and Management:
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with tender submissions.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and address queries.
  • Conduct pre-tender and post-tender meetings as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender documents, correspondences, and submissions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of any changes or amendments to the tender process.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and legal standards.
  • Manage contract administration and resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all tender submissions adhere to quality standards and client specifications.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the tendering process.
