Tender-related works Searching tenders on relevant web portals Identifying bid opportunities

Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid; E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions

Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, technical criteria, etc.

Preparing presentations, risk matrix, and information to top management to get approval for bidding

Drafting and collating Tender documents necessary for submission of the bid

Preparing and finalizing online/offline Tenders by creating Bids in designated bidding systems.

PROCUREMENT of EMD / post tendering works; Attending pre-bid / post-bid meetings with customers;

Submission of Bank guarantees, tender fees, and other fees.

Follow up with clients to get back the bank guarantees submitted if not awarded the tenders

Vendor Registration for Limited Tenders

Tracking the status of Tender offers

Reporting bidding status online / offline on a daily basis.

Preparing Datasheets and maintaining records on a regular basis.

Tender evaluation, Technical discussion, Negotiation, Contract finalization,

Basic project planning & Scheduling,

Order finalization and Procurement of major items/materials of awarded Tender Projects.

Preparing Bills of the quantities and works.

Coordination with government authorities to finalize the tenders

Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
