A tender executive is someone who is responsible for helping organizations prepare and evaluate bids and tenders for valuable contracts. They coordinate and communicate with all the different stakeholders involved, analyze requirements of a tender and develops key solutions. Tender evaluation
- Analyzing bids and contracts for price, quality, and technical specification
- Preparing technical and financial bids, and coordinating bid submission documents
- Preparing documents for e-tendering, and ensuring tender submissions are standardized
- Developing presentations for tender submission, and monitoring submission due dates
- Following up with prospective buyers for purchase orders, and following up on tender registration and payments with government departments
- Receiving and dealing with client inquiries, and managing proactive communication with clients
- Preparing tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications, collating queries and requests for additional information, and assisting the commercial department with customer relationships.
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- Collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc.,
- Which are needed for submission. Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- Working Knowledge of Gem Portal - Bidding , Clarification, Preparing Documents, Coordination with client
