Job Title: Tender Engineer || Civil Engineering || Construction Company ||
Location: Delhi
Experience: 7-10 years
Salary: Up to ?80,000 per month
Qualification: BTech or MTech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and proposals for construction projects
- Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed bid proposals
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates based on project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for bids
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of tender reading and documents required for tender filling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
