  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Ensure all tender documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain and update tender databases and records.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements.
  • Review and analyze tender results to improve future submissions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business management , or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tender administration or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.
