In this role, one needs to have good understanding of AP.Responsibilities

• Applying the (T&E) policy, processing receipts, ensuring that receipts match the expense, auditing, reimbursing employees for out of pocket expenses.
• Expenses paid by Kelly\'s Corporate cards are imported
• Expenses paid by employees are manually enterred into Concur
• Expense Concur account is automically created from Peoplesoft data (creates and deactivates)
• The Concur audit team audits every single expense and reciept
• The internal audit team also do spot audits once a year.
• Anything that is not on a corporate card charge is manually entered into Concur.
• If a reciept is missing, then a missing reciept affidavit is required and is created by the person creating the expense

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Relevant work experience
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in cost Model creation and management
• Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution
• Prior experience in sales support
