From Purchase Order Management to Supplier Business Reviews, Contract Management Support to Spend Analytics, GPS excel in orchestrating efficiency and precision in Indirect Procurement. GPS\'s expertise extends to Direct Procurement as well, with services like RFQ Data Package, Price Updates, Invoice Dispute resolution, Supplier Communication, Open Market Process coordination, Vendor Master Data Governance, and PPEP Support. These services ensure seamless operations, strong supplier relationships, and cost-saving opportunities, making Global Procurement Services a trusted partner in the procurement journey.What is the role all about?The Training & Communication Leader will lead and execute the training strategy for the Global P2P Transformation program for Indirect Procurement, across the EMEA and International Zone countries. The role is accountable for working with our global workstream leaders and country transformation leaders to ensure all training and communication needs are met for the P2P Transformation program deployment. As the program is in transition to run mode, part of the role is to collaborate with Hub and other stream leaders to understand the needs of the team to work on projects and propose action plans to improve efficiency and the service to our stakeholders.This role requires strong leadership and skill set of both written and oral communication, interpersonal and relationship building, team player, organization & time management, project management, and collaboration.The ideal candidate will have a proven strategic training and transformational leadership track record, experience building cross-cultural and cross-functional training programs of complex global initiatives with outstanding results, employee engagement impact, and high stakeholder satisfaction in the organization. This role will report to the Global Head for Strategy, Transformation & Innovation for GPS.What will you do:

  • Lead the development of the training strategy to align with the P2P Transformation Program and business objectives to deploy the transformation roadmap with the right training plan
  • Execute the Global Strategy and plan in line with the program deployment roadmap to ensure effective training campaigns across all target audiences, working closely with the Country Roll Out Leaders.
  • Work closely with the P2P Transformation program core team and Country Project Leaders to evolve the P2P Transformation Training, including all design and development.
  • Partner with the P2P Transformation Core Team on creation and maintenance of training content, for the deployment of the P2P Transformation program.
  • Translate technical aspects of the P2P Transformation program into easily understood messaging to ensure an effective delivery method that properly secures the desired knowledge transfer to the audience.
  • Leverage digital solutions to deliver training and strengthen the change management plan, ensuring full synchronization with the Global Communications Leader.
  • Assess the impact of the human element of the change and translate into effective training plans in close collaboration with the Global Communications Leader.
  • Ensure all trainings offered are inclusive of participant knowledge testing and training evaluation to measure the effectiveness and determine what continuous improvement may be needed within training content.
  • Collaborate with Hub and other stream leaders, brainstorm new, creative approaches to training to improve level of impact for the transition to run mode needs, which may involve the creation of custom trainings or require additional local resources to deploy training content.
  • Work closely with the COUPA Functional Admin to ensure changes needed on training as a result of a future COUPA release, is reflected in the training in advance of the change and the proper change management of new trainings are deployed effectively.
  • Work closely with Global Communications Leader as needed to ensure the training deliverables are in line with our corporate standards.

QualificationsWhat will help you to be successful in this role:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong English communication skills, written and oral. Other international languages are a plus.
  • Track record of successful Change Management Leadership
  • Previous training leaders and change management background
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and project leadership demonstrated success
  • Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done
  • Experience working in a global project/matrix organization
  • Prior regional or global leadership experience, including cross culture collaboration
  • Proven ability to develop training curricula and conduct in depth training needs assessments with key stakeholders
  • Strong project leader skills with the ability to lead and drive transformations across functions, across different geographical regions
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills
  • Ability to influence, without authority and customer centric mindset
  • Ability to create videos using Adobe tools is preferred, not required
  • Ability to anticipate human impact of change and translate into effective communication
  • Ability to plan and prioritize a varied and high-volume workload
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Business in related field (i.e., Marketing, Communications, Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study).
