Oracle Tax Analyst- Transfer Pricing Position: Tax Analyst - Transfer Pricing Expected Start Date: Immediate Work hours: Flexible Position Description: Oracle\xe2\x80\x99s India SSC Team is looking for a Tax Analyst in Transfer Pricing to support our Global Tax and Transfer Pricing SSC related project activities. Responsibilities and skills are as follows:




Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Reports for Oracle India and Global Entities.
• Preparation of Form 3CEB and other related forms for Oracle entities.
• Assisting In TP Audit submission and providing support to Audit Team.
• Conducting Benchmarking, Functional and Comparability Analysis for TP documentation purpose. Assisting shared services projects related to Tax planning and Mergers & Acquisitions.

• Effectively manage communication with internal and external teams to meet deadlines. Support tax team and manage projects when required.

Requirements:



Bachelor in Accounting. Graduate or Postgraduate in Tax/ Chartered Accountant preferred.



Prior Experience in Transfer Pricing/ Direct Tax Compliances will be an added advantage.

• Proven level of accuracy and willingness to roll off sleeves for processes and numbers details,
• Self-directed, ability to lead, and move in an international fast-paced, and changing environment, Strong ability to communicate well with remote teams, including excellent oral and written communication skills,

• Knowledge of TP Database Softwares like Prowess IQ, Capitaline Plus.
• Expertise with Microsoft Applications.
