Evaluate the tax/ social security laws and processes in various countries for employer reporting and compliance activities.
Perform research analysis of the International Treaties & Totalization Agreements.
Preparation of shadow payroll calculations and comply with other employer reporting requirement as per the respective domestic tax laws of foreign country.
Research on country-specific tax laws and requirements to prepare shadow payroll/ returns inhouse.
Filing of foreign country tax returns (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia) of the expats.
Develop knowledge of the tax and regulatory rules governing key aspects of Global Mobility and stay updated with the developments/ amendments in these areas.
Keep the track of annual tax compliance for authorized assignees to ensure that all the authorized annual tax returns get filed by the tax vendors within the agreed timelines.
Prepare tax cost estimates for global assignments/ deals.
Coordinate with stakeholders for compliance and advisory with respect to the Expats.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree in accounting or finance

Skills required:
Strong global mobility tax technical skills with understanding of global income and payroll tax regulations.
Knowledge and technical skills in either UK, Canada, US, Australia or any other countrys tax compliance.
Proficiency in MS-Office.
Detail oriented, analytical and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to communicate well with remote international teams, including excellent oral and written communication skills.
