Job Description
Role: Associate Sales Consultant.
Role Description:
1) Assisting customers in sales of a range of financial products on the phone.
2) Responsible for meeting & exceeding the targets as assigned periodically.
3) Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers.
4) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.
5) Responding in a timely & effective manner to all internal communication.
6) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
Candidate Profile:
1) Graduation & Above are eligible to apply.
2) Freshers / Experienced both are eligible to apply.
3) Good selling & negotiation skills.
4) Excellent communication skills in English & additional fluency in Telugu or Malayalam is mandatory.
5) The age group between 18 - 30 years is eligible to apply.
6) The work location is Tidel Park, OMR, Chennai.
