JD For Telly Caller (Health Sector)
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Tele caller to join our Health Sector team. The Tele caller will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our health services, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have a genuine interest in promoting health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential Patients to provide information about health services, promotions, and appointments.
2. Client Education: Clearly communicate information about health programs, services, and benefits to potential clients, addressing any queries they may have.
3. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for clients interested in health consultations or services, ensuring accurate recording of details.
4. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
5. Data Entry: Accurately record and update patient information, interactions, and appointment details in the database.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as scheduling, billing, and healthcare providers, to ensure smooth client experiences.
7. Targets and Reporting: Meet weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls and appointment scheduling. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and client feedback.
8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
9. Maintain Scripts: Stay updated on health services and programs to accurately represent them during calls. Maintain and follow calling scripts as provided.
Shift timings: 9AM- 6PM, 10AM- 7PM
Week off: 1
Salary: Maximum 27k
Working Hours: 9 Hours

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
