Job Description
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents about courses (NEET, IIT-JEE, Foundation programs).
• Provide detailed information about the academy's programs, admissions process, and facilities.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ?5,000.00 per month
