Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative cum Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and qualify leads for factories, focusing on identifying potential clients and engaging them to understand needs. This role involves a mix of tele calling, research, and initial client interactions to help fill our sales pipeline with valuable leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and convert them as our leads
- Research and gather information about prospective factories and their manufacturing and processing.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads and track communications.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to research and identify potential leads.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
