Position: Tele-Caller
Location: Mani Casadona
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Tele-Caller.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional command over English and proficiency in Hindi
Academic Qualification: 12th and above
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to set appointments and drive sales
• Explain and promote services related to Web Solutions and Digital Marketing
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively handle objections and rejections
• Strong sales acumen and customer-oriented approach
• Familiarity with web solution services and digital marketing concepts.
