• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing and promoting our products/services.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and qualify prospects to generate sales opportunities.
• Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide assistance on product or service-related queries.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Have a clear understanding of the products or services being offered and provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales or appointments.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to help improve the quality of service and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call-related targets.
