key Responsibilites :
Outbound calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to promote products/ services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
Follow-up: Schedule and follow up on customer appointments, ensuring timely responses.
Sales Conversion: Provide product information, address customer concerns, and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Support: Assist with basic customer service issues and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
1-2 years of experience in Tellecalling or customer service.
Fluent in both Hindi and English with strong communication skills.
Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle customer rejections positively
Basic computer proficiency and Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in Office.
