We are a leading software development and SEO service company specializing in UI design, website development, and SEO services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our growing team and contribute to our sales and marketing efforts.

Position: Telecaller
Experience: Minimum 2 years in related field
Salary: ?10,000 to ?15,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
Location: Kathaur , Mahewa Road (Near Durga Temple) Transport Nagar , Gorakhpur , Uttar Pradesh, India 273016

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales meetings.
• Client Interaction:
• Explain the company's services, including software development, website design, and SEO, to prospective clients.
• Address client inquiries and provide relevant information about our offerings.
• Follow-ups:
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into clients.
• Record client feedback and ensure proper communication with the sales team.
• Database Management:
• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Ensure all interactions are documented and recorded in the CRM.
• Achieving Targets:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and share updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in software or IT services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Fluency in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi]
