We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Infrabrick India Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by effectively communicating with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our properties, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce them to our real estate offerings and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about available properties, including pricing, amenities, and location.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with leads generated through various channels, such as inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our properties and coordinate with the sales team accordingly.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system and update information as necessary.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team to optimize sales and marketing processes.
