Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing their inquiries, and promoting company products or services. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and offer solutions to their needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with clients and address concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality and sales strategies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and timely responses.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry.
• Pleasant and friendly telephone demeanor.
