Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products, services, or gather information, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to provide information about products/services or address their queries.
• Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, offering suitable solutions or products.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM systems regularly.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve services/products.
• Adhere to scripts and compliance guidelines while ensuring a personalized approach.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role (freshers are welcome).
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language(s)].
• Persuasive and confident telephone demeanor.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
