As a Tele caller at a fabrication company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and utilizing your technical knowledge of measurements such as mm, cm, inch, and feet to provide accurate information and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to clients to assess their needs and provide relevant information about our fabrication solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent speech fluency and communication skills to engage clients and address inquiries effectively.
• Utilize technical knowledge of measurements to discuss project specifications and requirements with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and accurate solution provision.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates in our database.
Requirements:
• Proficient speech fluency with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to empathize and address concerns effectively.
• Technical knowledge of measurements like mm, cm, inch, and feet, relevant to the fabrication industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
