Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound Calls:
• Conduct calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or offers.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
• Cold call prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Handling Inbound Calls:
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or requests.
• Provide detailed information on services or products based on customer needs.
• Customer Service:
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing accurate information and timely solutions.
• Guide customers through product features and explain benefits.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly service.
• Data Entry & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Update databases with contact details, lead status, and outcomes of calls.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in closing sales by setting up appointments or transferring qualified leads to the sales team.
• Provide necessary product information and help customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Follow-up and Reminders:
• Make follow-up calls to clients regarding appointments, service reminders, or billing inquiries.
• Track customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments.
• Upselling and Cross-selling:
• Suggest additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs.
• Meet targets for sales, lead generation, or customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good knowledge of the company's products/services.
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,103.02 - ?15,470.51 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
