Telecaller - Solar EPC
Location : Kompally, Hyderabad.

Reports to: Sales Manager / Marking Manager
Job Summary:
The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and customers to introduce solar energy solutions provided by the company. They will generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and work with the sales team to ensure that potential clients are converted into successful sales.
Key Responsibility:
1. Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of solar energy. o Identify customer needs and present appropriate solar EPC solutions.
Generate and qualify leads from various sources like referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
2. Sales Support:
Follow up on inquiries and leads.
Schedule appointments for field sales teams or technical consultants to visit clients. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper customer handling.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate records of conservation with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
Provide timely feedback and follow up with potential customers.
Build long-term relationships by offering exceptional customer service.
4. Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, technologies, and services.
Communicate the technical advantages and financial benefits of solar energy to customers.
5.Reporting -
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telecalling activities, lead status, and conversions.
Monitor and achieve call targets as per company goals.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in regional languages as well as English.
Customer Service: Ability to understand and address customer needs, build trust, and create a positive customer experience.
Sales Acumen: Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred, especially in the solar or enewable energy sector.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and the EPC process is desirable.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to work under targets and pressure to meet deadlines.
Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of solar technology or previous experience in the solar industry is a plus. Experience:
1-2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
