Gather customer information and maintain accurate records of calls in a database. Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the management. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services. Follow up on customer leads and inquiries. Handle complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner, escalating them to the relevant department if necessary. Maintain a positive attitude and handle rejections professionally.
