Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage our telesales team focused on Unsecured business loans (BL). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and a deep understanding of financial products, particularly BL. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team to achieve sales targets, providing training and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives focused on selling personal loans and business loans.

2. Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve and exceed targets.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer base.

4. Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.

5. Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback for improvement.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

7. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and resolve customer issues.

8. Generate reports on team performance, sales activities, and customer feedback.

9. Must be confident.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Must be Graduate.

2. Proven track record in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in telesales or sales management.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Deep understanding of personal loans and business loans products.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial products is a plus.
