Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential blue-collar job seekers and explain job opportunities. Collect and verify candidate details, including experience, location, and job preferences. Schedule interviews and coordinate with HR and recruiters. Maintain a database of candidates and update their status regularly. Follow up with candidates until onboarding is completed. Address queries from candidates regarding job roles, salary, and other employment details. Meet daily and monthly calling targets as per business requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in recruitment. Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English (preferred). Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain accuracy in data entry. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Experience in blue-collar hiring is an added advantage.
