Job Title: Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound/Inbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries.
• Promote and sell products or services to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any queries.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential leads through various sources such as databases, referrals, and social media.
• Engage with leads to qualify them for sales conversion or business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Address customer queries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the company's products or services and answer customer queries effectively.
• Offer relevant solutions based on the customer's needs and preferences.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Upsell additional services or products when appropriate.
• Feedback Collection:
• Gather feedback from customers about their experiences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement.
• Follow-up Activities:
• Follow up with customers regarding unresolved issues or pending actions.
