Position Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, providing product information, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Calls : Make outgoing calls to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
• Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information and resolving inquiries.
• Product Knowledge : Acquire thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to answer questions and promote offerings effectively.
• Customer Interaction : Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
• Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.
• Follow-ups : Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers, providing additional information and encouraging conversions.
• Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers and report it to the relevant departments for improvement.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
