Tellecaller
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at Brand Metrics in Jaipur. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, answering incoming calls, and providing support to customers. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
Salary
Monthly 10k - 25k + incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)
