• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and generate sales.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
• Follow a script and adapt the conversation to the customer's needs and responses.
• Record customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated with product changes, promotions, and industry trends.
