• Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Conduct surveys or gather feedback to improve customer experience.
• Customer Engagement:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Database Management:
• Maintain and update customer records in the database accurately.
• Track and report on call outcomes and customer interactions.
• Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
• Assist in achieving team sales targets and objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
