Job Description

As a Telecaller at CredMantra, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present our services and generate leads. Your primary goal will be to convert prospects into active clients by explaining the benefits of our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Place calls to potential customers from our database.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their financial needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of CredMantra's financial products and services to effectively explain their benefits to customers.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by persuasively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and transactions with customers.
• Targets: Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
