Job Title: Telle caller (Only Females Required)

Key Responsibilities -

- Generate Leads : Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, online platforms, and referrals.

- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions.

- Follow-Up : Maintain a robust follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

- Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills -

- Experience : Minimum 1 year in Telle Calling (experience in real estate will be an advantage).

- Education : Graduate degree in any discipline (business-related fields preferred).

- Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
