About Us: CodeHub India is a leading online education platform specializing in coding education. We offer a variety of courses designed to help people of all levels learn and master coding skills. Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecallers to join our team and promote our upcoming C Language Masterclass. You will be responsible for contacting potential students, generating interest in the course, and answering questions about the program. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb96,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 per month Benefits:
Expected Start Date: 05/06/2024
- Make outbound calls to a provided list of potential students.
- Deliver a clear and concise script to introduce the C Language Masterclass and its benefits.
- Answer questions about the course curriculum, schedule, pricing, and enrollment process.
- Schedule appointments for interested students to speak with a course advisor.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes within our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and professional company image.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- A clear and confident speaking voice.
- Experience with outbound sales calls is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using a CRM system is preferred.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
