We are looking for a Telly Caller who is efficient in managing customers.
Responding to Customer Inquiries : Promptly address customer inquiries via various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media messages.
Providing Product/Service Information : Offer detailed information about the company's products or services, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Handling Complaints and Concerns : Listen attentively to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and work towards resolving issues satisfactorily while adhering to company policies and procedures
Providing Feedback to Management : Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement to the appropriate department or management team.
