Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, offering our services/products, and handling customer queries. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services/products.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing relevant information.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Follow-up with leads and prospects and nurture relationships to increase sales.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls made, conversions, and feedback.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Customer Service are a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.

Pay: ?8,591.77 - ?42,181.73 per month
