Location: Aspect Integrated IT Pvt Ltd (AIITPL), Bharat Nagar, Nagpur.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tellecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or generate leads., building relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services, including apprenticeships and NATS/NAPS programs and tellicaller aim to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions The role requires daily visits to potential clients to foster relationships and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 4-5 client visits daily to promote our services and establish strong relationships.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Present and promote our apprenticeship programs and NATS/NAPS services to potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
