Telecaller Department:Job Summary:

Telecaller position is open for immediate hiring

Responsibilities:

• Making calls to potential customers
• Explaining company services and products
• Maintaining daily call records
• Submitting daily progress reports

A telecaller is an individual who has telephonic conversations representing a company, with existing or potential customers. The primary objective of the telecaller job role is to generate leads or sales, depending on the target of the company .
