Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
