Job Description
Job Title : Telecaller
Location: Ramanattukara
Salary: ?8,000 - ?10,000 per month
We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Present and promote products or services over the phone.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and leads.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and of Malayalam (Knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Freshers can also apply.
