Telesales Responsibilities: Understand the basic flow of our software. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals\' contact details / client numbers. Calling clients and encourage them to purchase our product. Giving details of product and along with explaining USP of our product. Scheduling Demo with technical team as per client\xe2\x80\x99s convenience. Maintaining date of each call and taking feedbacks on regular intervals. Convincing client to purchase our software as soon as possible. If product is sold then collect the payment and inform team for installation. Telesales working terms and conditions: Generating leads through various channels and creating a database Daily 100 calls should be done among the generated leads Schedule minimum 5 demo on daily basis among those 100 calls Give the Demo to clients in accordance with BDE / technical team Take regular follow-up and close minimum 2 clients a week Total minimum 8 clients of Lab software on monthly basis will be the individual targets to avail full salary If Partial target is complete then employee will get partial salary for that particular month. If employee is selling the software to more than 8 people in one month, then he or she will be eligible for Incentive which will be 5% of the extra revenue he had generated. If daily work is not completed employee should sit extra time and complete his or her work within deadline. Job Type: Fresher Salary: 5,000.00 - 14,000.00 per month Benefits:
