Job Brief
We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers . You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, representing the company in a positive and professional manner. You will be responsible for making both inbound and outbound calls to promote our products and services, gather customer information, and ensure sales conversions.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers during assigned shifts to promote products and services.
• Responding to inbound customer inquiries and documenting important details in the CRM.
• Meeting daily or weekly call and sales targets set by the company.
• Understanding customer needs and providing relevant product or service recommendations.
• Maintaining clear records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data for follow-up.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of accepted offers and deals.
• Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Tracking and reporting sales efforts , both successful and unsuccessful, for performance evaluation.
• Keeping updated on products and market trends to better serve customers.
• Handling customer complaints with professionalism and providing timely solutions.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience : Fresher or 1+ years of experience.
• Education : Minimum high school diploma (equivalent). Additional education in sales or communication is an advantage.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency with CRM software and data entry systems.
• Communication : Fluent in English (and Hindi for Indian shift), with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sales Ability : Proven ability to persuade customers, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets.
• Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress and pressure.
• Flexibility : Ability to work different shifts, including night shifts for the US market.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional time management, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
• Customer Focus : Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
