Job Summary :

Thinsil Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Telecaller Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle customer queries efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
• Promote products/services and encourage customer purchases.
• Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets set by management.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
• Provide clear and concise product/service information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Education : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience : Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Language : Proficient in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (if applicable).
• Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection with politeness and persistence.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Working Hours :
