Job Description

• Minimum 3 years Exprience With Interior Designing company Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales within the interior design industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design industry, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' design requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop customized proposals and presentations that address clients' specific needs and showcase our design capabilities.
• Present proposals to clients in a clear, compelling manner and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Actively track and manage sales pipeline, providing regular updates to management on progress and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
