Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about courses like BCA, MCA, B.Com, NIMCET, Spoken English, and Computer Programming.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about the institute, courses, fees, and facilities.
• Follow up with leads generated through advertisements, events, and social media campaigns.
• Assist students with the admission process and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to develop strategies for student engagement.
• Stay updated on EEPL Classroom's offerings, including new courses, discounts, and scholarship programs like PRATIBHA.
