Job Title: Telecaller Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (MP) Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000 to \xe2\x82\xb920,000 per month Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UK Time) Qualification: Graduate Job Type: Full-Time Experience. - 1 - 2 Years Languages - English : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services and products.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain a database of customer calls and update records with relevant information.
- Follow up on customer leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the team leader on ways to improve performance.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure all interactions are conducted in a professional manner.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
